Anthony was prompt, professional, and went up and beyond to provide excellent service. I have been a home owner for over 20 years and this was the single most positive experience I have ever had with a service call. He fixed our leaking furnace in a few minutes and then went on to do a tune up on our a/c unit because he said he had some extra time after the initial repair (with NO ADDITIONAL EXPENSE to me) and the charge was less than what I was initially expecting. You can bet I will use Waconia comfort in the future!! Highly highly recommend!!
