We are now seeking a licensed journeyman plumber to diagnose, troubleshoot, install, and repair plumbing fixtures, appliances, and piping, ensuring our customers receive top-quality solutions to their plumbing issues. The successful candidate will be expected to work alongside our team of highly qualified and skilled professionals, using their expertise and knowledge to provide customers with the highest-quality experience possible.

Work Hours: 7:30 am to 4 pm with a half-hour lunch break

 

Required Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
  • Demonstrated willingness to invest in tools used in the service of plumbing equipment
  • Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes
  • Ability to operate both power and hand tools safely
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely as given
  • Demonstrated commitment to developing customer service skills
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to work from a 28’ extension ladder and a 12’ step ladder
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 100lbs on occasion

 

Desired Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • Valid, unrestricted Minnesota driver’s license
  • Current MN Journeyman Card with required CEU hours

As an employee in this position, you will be exposed to outdoor weather conditions and occasionally be required to be in confined spaces for short periods. We provide all necessary safety equipment and ensure our employees receive adequate training to carry out their duties safely and effectively.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Arrive on time at the job site and/or other locations as dispatched
  • Relocate from one job site to another throughout the workday as required
  • Operate a company vehicle if necessary
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and carry them out in a timely manner
  • Promptly report any problems with company tools or vehicles
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
  • Demonstrate familiarity with all installation-related forms
  • Ensure all install-related forms are completed properly
  • Possess knowledge of piping design and flow, fixture installation, service tools, and testing devices, brazing skills, and customer service skills
  • Complete any other duties assigned
